The Titan Duo-Therapy Pro comes with two benefits in one compact sauna. You do not have to decide between an infrared and steam one. You can switch between the two modes based on the kind of experience you wish to have.

Infrared Mode

This mode heats your body directly. This does not rely on hot air. The Duo-Therapy Pro reaches up to 150°F. This way you can get steady, controlled heat exposure. You do not need the extreme air temperatures like traditional saunas.

If you wish to have an old-school humid session experience, Steam mode gives you the best exposure. This setup offers you close to 100% humidity. If feels very different from infrared heat.

The Duo-Therapy Pro is more than a heated enclosure. The setup includes:

The sauna cabin measures approximately 37.5 inches in diameter and 69 inches in height, and the system is designed to be set up in minutes.

The Duo-Therapy Pro isn't just an infrared and steam sauna. It also includes a separate red and near-infrared light therapy panel built into the cabin.

The panel uses 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light, adding light therapy to the sauna setup alongside its two heat modes. Titan lists 168 red-light LEDs and 168 near-infrared LEDs in the panel.

So while the sauna's infrared panels provide heat, the dedicated light panel provides red and near-infrared light. They're different systems that work as part of the same setup.
